Terms of Service

These terms explain what Pathhealth provides, what we ask of you, and the rules that apply when you reserve and use a Pathhealth health panel.

Interim pre-launch termsEffective 15 September 2026 · Version terms-v1-2026-09-15These terms are designed for the current founder-operated service and remain subject to review by qualified Colombian legal and healthcare-regulatory counsel before full commercial launch.

1. Who these terms are with

Pathhealth is currently a founder-operated service provided by Garvin Greene, trading as Pathhealth and based in Cali, Colombia. References to “Pathhealth”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean that service. Our contact address for service, support and complaints is care@pathhealth.ai.

A separate company has not yet been incorporated. These terms will be updated if the contracting entity changes; a change will not remove rights you already have.

2. The Pathhealth service

Pathhealth coordinates a preventative-health journey which may include selecting a panel, arranging blood collection, receiving laboratory results and providing a written, clinician-reviewed explanation of those results.

The exact biomarkers, collection arrangements, turnaround estimates and inclusions shown at checkout form part of your order. Availability may depend on your location, the laboratory and other independent providers.

3. Medical and emergency boundaries

Pathhealth is not an emergency service. If you have severe, rapidly worsening or urgent symptoms, contact local emergency services or attend an emergency department. In Colombia the general emergency number is 123.

Pathhealth is not a substitute for your own doctor, physical examination, diagnosis, treatment or ongoing care. A laboratory result or Pathhealth report must not be used alone to start, stop or change medication or treatment. Discuss concerning findings and symptoms with an appropriately licensed local clinician.

Pathhealth does not represent itself as a clinical laboratory or healthcare institution. Activities that legally require an authorised professional or provider must be carried out by an appropriately authorised independent professional or provider, where applicable.

4. Eligibility and your responsibilities

You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to contract and provide information about yourself unless we expressly approve another lawful arrangement. You agree to:

  • provide complete, accurate and current information;
  • keep your account and secure links confidential;
  • follow collection, fasting and preparation instructions;
  • tell the relevant clinician about symptoms, conditions and medicines when asked;
  • not upload another person’s health information without lawful authority; and
  • seek suitable medical care rather than rely on Pathhealth in an urgent situation.

5. Laboratories and other providers

Blood collection, laboratory analysis and some professional services may be delivered by independent third parties. Their availability, requirements and professional responsibility are separate from Pathhealth’s coordination role.

We may propose a comparable provider or collection arrangement if the original option is unavailable, but we will tell you about a material change and seek agreement where required. Pathhealth will only describe a laboratory as a partner or affiliated provider after that relationship has been formally confirmed.

6. Prices and payment

Prices and currency are displayed before checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; Pathhealth does not store your complete card details. Your bank or card provider may apply currency-conversion or other charges outside our control.

An order is confirmed after successful payment and our acceptance of the reservation. If a price or availability error prevents fulfilment, we will contact you and offer correction, a suitable alternative or a refund.

7. Appointments, changes, cancellations and refunds

Contact care@pathhealth.ai as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. Where possible, requests made at least 24 hours before a scheduled collection will be rearranged without a Pathhealth rescheduling charge, although an independent provider may impose a charge.

Late cancellation, missed appointments, specially ordered services and work already performed may involve non-recoverable third-party costs. Once collection or laboratory analysis has begun, the consumed part of the service may not be refundable. We will explain any deduction and consider the unused part of the service fairly.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Where Colombian law grants a right of withdrawal, retract or payment reversal, it may generally be exercised within the applicable statutory period and subject to legal conditions and exceptions. If you ask us to begin coordinating or supplying the service during such a period, any effect on that right will apply only to the extent permitted by law.

If Pathhealth cancels and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, we will refund the affected, unprovided portion. Refund timing after approval may also depend on Stripe and your payment provider.

8. Results, reports and timing

Collection windows and result dates are estimates. Delays can occur because of provider availability, sample quality, recollection, laboratory processes or events outside our reasonable control. We will keep you informed of material delays.

Results reflect the sample and reference ranges supplied by the laboratory. Reference ranges and clinical significance vary by method, context and person. A clinician-reviewed report explains the available information but does not guarantee a particular diagnosis, outcome or improvement.

Technology, including AI, may help organise and draft information. A draft is not released automatically; clinical review remains required before a final Pathhealth report is released.

9. Privacy and health information

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal and sensitive health information. Where required, we ask for explicit health-data authorisation separately. You may withdraw that authorisation prospectively, subject to lawful retention and work already necessary to provide or document the service.

10. Responsibility and liability

We will provide the coordination service with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate or omitted information supplied by you, failure to follow instructions, or an independent provider’s act outside our reasonable control, except where the law makes us responsible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pathhealth is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, guarantees or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or harm caused by gross negligence where applicable.

11. Accounts, content and acceptable use

You may use your report for your own health management and share it with clinicians of your choice. Pathhealth’s website, branding, explanatory materials and software remain protected intellectual property and may not be copied, scraped, resold, reverse engineered or misused.

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect health information, investigate misuse, comply with law or prevent harm. We will restore access when the reason is resolved where reasonably possible.

12. Complaints, governing law and changes

Please send complaints to care@pathhealth.ai. We will acknowledge the complaint, investigate it and explain our response. You retain the right to contact an appropriate consumer, privacy, health or judicial authority.

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without removing any mandatory protection that applies to you. Any dispute forum or jurisdiction will be determined under applicable law.

We may update these terms for legal, safety or service changes. The version accepted at checkout applies to that purchase unless a mandatory legal change requires otherwise. Material new terms will be presented for acceptance when appropriate.
